To Whom We Disclose

1)	To the credit union or other financial institution which has directed you to us for mortgage services; and
2)	As permitted by law in order to complete the processing, underwriting, and settlement of your mortgage loan.

Opt Out Rights

If you prefer that we not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to the credit union or other financial institution which directed you to us (in cases where this credit union or other financial institution is not the lender for your mortgage), you may instruct us not to make those disclosures. You may do so at any time by calling 410-823-3300, extension 105, or 1-800-730-7599, ext. 105. Such a request by any of the applicants on a particular mortgage will be considered a request by all of you.

Protecting Confidentiality and Security

We respect your need to preserve your privacy. We limit access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know this information in order to originate, process, underwrite, or close your mortgage loan. We have security practices and procedures in place to safeguard your nonpublic personal information.

Maintaining Accurate Information

We strive to maintain accurate information about you. If you ever think that our records contain inaccurate information about you, please let us know. We'll correct any mistakes promptly. If you think we have reported inaccurate information to a consumer reporting agency, please let us know by writing to us at 1402 York Road, Suite 201, Lutherville, MD 21093. Please give us your name, address, telephone number, and the information you think is wrong. Based on your letter, we will investigate and take corrective action if indeed the information we furnished was inaccurate.

Right to Change

We reserve the right to change our privacy policy and this privacy notice from time to time without prior notice to you, unless prior notice is required by law.
